I have a Meyer Lemon tree in my backyard. It produce most amazing lemons. According to Wikipedia, "Meyer lemon, is a citrus fruit native to China thought to be a cross between a true lemon and either a mandarin or common orange." They are sweeter and juicier.
I cut 2 large lemons and squeeze the juice onto a bowl.
Being an Asian, I just use a rice scoop. It does the job just as well as the fancy juicer.
Only 2 lemons produce enough for a small pitcher of lemonade.
Add 5 tablespoons of sugar (or more if you like it sweeter.)
Fill about half the pitcher with ice.
Pour in the sweetened lemon juice.
Fill the rest of the pitcher with water.
Almost done.
Cut a few pieces of lemon.
Add a slice of lemon onto a clear glass after pouring the delicious lemonade. Enjoy!
